Hors d’Oeuvres – Chocolate Cups with Kiwi, Raspberry, and Lime Mousse

Yields: 20 Servings

1/2 cup cream cheese
juice and grated zest of 2 limes
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
20 store-bought mini chocolate cups
1/2 kiwi fruit, peeled to garnish
10 raspberries, halved to garnish


  1. Beat cream cheese with juice, zest and sugar until smooth
  2. whip cream until it holds soft peaks
  3. Fold cream into cream cheese mixture
  4. Fill piping bag with mousse and pipe into chocolate cups
  5. Cut kiwi crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
  6. Cut each slice into eighths
  7. Garnish with kiwi triangles and raspberry halves.

(Tip: full cups up to 1 day in advance. Cover and refrigerate. Garnish up to 1 hour before serving.)
