Holiday Smoothie

Great for the holidays which ever holiday it is.


7 oz Granny Smith apple chunks (about 2 medium fruit)
2 oz (about 1/2 cup) frozen sweet berries, such as gooseberries
1/3 cup cranberry juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
6 small ice cubes


  1. In a blender, combine apples, berries, cranberry juice, maple syrup and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Since I don’t care for maple syrup I use honey in place of most maple syrup. You can also use corn syrup.
