1 10-3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 10-oz can chicken breast, drained
8 oz hot pepper jack cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
- Put the condensed soup, chicken breast, and cheese in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir the mixture
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours
- Serve and keep warm in slow cooker
