Cherry Tomato Caprese


Cherry tomatoes
Low-moisture mozzarella
Olive Oil
Balsamic vinegar
Slice cherry tomatoes in half. De-seed if desired. Remove stems from tomatoes. Slice pieces of mozzarella about 1/2 inch thick and cut pieces to size of tomatoes. Place one slice in each tomato along with a basil leaf. Skewer with toothpick and place on a serving dish. Put olive oil and balsamic in two dipping saucers so quests may dip as desired.
