Chicken-Broccoli Divan


2 cup cooked chicken, cubed in bite size pieces
16 oz pkg frozen broccoli, thawed
2 10-3/4 oz cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Place chicken in a greased 13″ x 9″ baking dish.
  3. Layer broccoli on top.
  4. In a bowl, stir together soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour soup mixture over broccoli; top with cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Serves 4
