Apple-Pork Chop

Apples make everything taste better and why not bring that fall taste to your table in the spring or summer.


1 tablespoon oil
8 boneless pork chops
2 6-oz pkg herb-flavored stuffing mix
2 21-oz cans apple filling


  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat, cook pork chop in oil until both sides are browned.
  3. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  4. Pour pie filling into a lightly greased 13″ x 9″ baking dish; lay pork chops on top.
  5. Cover with stuffing
  6. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to an hour or until the pork chops are cooked through.

Serves 8


Side options: Green beans, corn or glazed carrots
